Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

Product prices may not include shipping charges, sales tax, or other applicable fees. Any additional charges will be displayed at checkout where required.

Sales tax may be collected in accordance with applicable laws.

By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is affected by a material pricing error, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Orders and Contract Formation

Receipt of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, limit, reject, or cancel an order at our reasonable discretion.

A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or shipping confirmation, subject to applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the product. An item may become unavailable before checkout or order processing is completed.

If only part of an order is available, we may contact you, ship the available items separately, provide an alternative where agreed, or refund the unavailable portion.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, processing times, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and further explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We currently ship within the United States only, unless otherwise stated on the Website.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, peak seasons, high order volume, address errors, transportation delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, suite, unit number, ZIP code, and contact details.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Large toys, ride-on products, outdoor toys, or multi-piece playsets may be shipped in multiple packages and may arrive on different dates.

Risk of loss or damage will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted that policy.

Returned toys must meet the eligibility requirements stated in the Refund & Return Policy. Items may need to be unused, clean, complete, and returned with their original packaging, instructions, accessories, parts, and proof of purchase.

Products that are used, assembled, washed, altered, damaged, stained, missing parts, or returned without required packaging may be refused or qualify only for a partial refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened baby products, bath toys, plush products, fabric toys, teething products, or products intended for close personal contact may be subject to return restrictions where permitted by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us and provide:

Photos or videos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Photos of any damaged or missing components

Do not discard the product, packaging, accessories, instructions, or damaged components until the matter has been reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, a partial refund, a full refund, or another appropriate solution under our policies.

Batteries and Electronic Toys

Some products may require batteries or include electronic components.

Unless expressly stated, batteries may not be included.

Customers are responsible for using the correct battery type and following all installation, charging, storage, and disposal instructions.

Battery installation, replacement, and charging should be handled by an adult where appropriate.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect batteries, mixed battery types, leaking batteries, improper charging, unauthorized adapters, water exposure, or failure to follow product instructions.

Assembly

Some toys may require adult assembly.

The customer is responsible for reviewing all assembly instructions and confirming that the product has been assembled securely before use.

All screws, fasteners, connectors, and moving parts should be checked regularly. The product should not be used if components are loose, damaged, worn, or missing.

Personalized, Clearance, and Final Sale Items

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, clearance, final-sale, or specially requested products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.

Any applicable restrictions will be disclosed on the product page, at checkout, or in the relevant policy.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discounts, coupons, and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, and usage limits.
