Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
If your shipping address is outside our supported delivery area, you may be unable to complete your order. In some cases, we may contact you to cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Order Processing Time
Our store offers a broad selection of children’s toys, including infant and toddler toys, educational toys, wooden toys, musical toys, pretend-play sets, plush toys, puzzles, activity toys, bath toys, outdoor toys, ride-on toys, and related play products.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
During holidays, promotional periods, new product launches, or periods of high order volume, additional time may be required for inventory checks, product inspection, packaging, and order preparation.
Packaging
Each order is packaged according to the size, material, shape, and features of the product.
Depending on the item, packaging may include protective wrapping, mailers, sturdy boxes, cushioning materials, inserts, corner protection, or other suitable materials.
Fragile toys, electronic toys, wooden toys, large playsets, ride-on toys, and products with multiple parts may require additional protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage or missing components during transportation.
Gift packaging, upgraded packaging, or special packaging requests may be available for certain products and may involve an additional fee. Any applicable charge will be displayed before checkout is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:
- Carrier service interruptions
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Peak shipping seasons
- High order volume
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Transportation or logistics delays
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package size, package weight, and selected shipping service.
Applicable taxes, where required, will be displayed separately at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $58.00 or more.
The order subtotal must remain at least $58.00 after discounts, coupons, promotional credits, or other price reductions have been applied.
Additional fees may apply to oversized toys, heavy products, ride-on toys, large playsets, upgraded packaging, gift wrapping, shipping insurance, or expedited delivery. Any additional charges will be disclosed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the package has been accepted or collected.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. The address should include any applicable apartment, suite, unit, floor, ZIP code, and contact phone number.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, or additional expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
We package orders carefully, but damage, loss, or delivery delays may occasionally occur during transportation.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the outer shipping package
- Clear photos of the inner packaging
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
- Photos of any damaged, missing, or loose parts
- A brief description of the issue
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the shipment and assist with a carrier inquiry where possible.
After reviewing the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, replacement part, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Please keep the product, original packaging, shipping box, accessories, manuals, and damaged components until the issue has been reviewed. These materials may be required for inspection or a carrier claim.
Children’s Toy Shipping Notes
Some toys may contain multiple pieces, removable accessories, electronic components, batteries, fabric parts, wooden components, or assembly hardware.
After delivery, please inspect the product and confirm that:
- The product and packaging are not damaged
- All expected parts and accessories are included
- Electronic or battery-operated components are intact
- Assembly hardware is complete
- The product is suitable for the child’s age and intended use
- Any required adult assembly has been completed correctly
Always review the product instructions, warnings, recommended age range, and supervision requirements before allowing a child to use the product.
Small parts, packaging materials, plastic bags, ties, protective films, and other packing components should be removed and kept away from babies and young children.
Large toys, ride-on toys, outdoor toys, climbing toys, and products requiring assembly should be checked by an adult before use and used with appropriate supervision.
Oversized and Multi-Package Orders
Large toys, furniture-style play products, ride-on toys, outdoor products, or multi-piece playsets may be shipped in more than one package.
Packages belonging to the same order may arrive separately and may have different tracking numbers or delivery dates.
Please review all tracking information before reporting an incomplete delivery. Contact us if all packages have been marked as delivered but parts of the order are still missing.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage may transfer in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the selected carrier.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues involving carrier delays, damaged packages, lost shipments, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Additional Packaging and Insurance Fees
Certain products may require oversized packaging, reinforced packaging, additional cushioning, special handling, or shipping insurance because of their size, weight, value, fragility, or construction.
Any related fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
