Return Window
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period may be rejected, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Children’s Toy Return Requirements

Products requiring assembly must not have been assembled or used unless the return is related to a confirmed defect or incorrect item.
Ride-on toys, outdoor toys, sports toys, water-play products, and large playsets must not show signs of outdoor use, wheel wear, dirt, water exposure, or damage caused during assembly.
Electronic and musical toys must include all original parts, controls, cables, instructions, and accessories. Damage caused by incorrect batteries, leaking batteries, water exposure, improper charging, or unauthorized adapters is not considered a product defect.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be subject to additional return restrictions after their packaging has been opened.

Returns sent without approval, sent to an incorrect address, or sent without the required information may not be accepted or refunded.

We may be able to cancel an order before it enters processing or is handed to the carrier. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may need to be handled as a return.
Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products may not be canceled once production or preparation has started.
Gift Orders
Refunds for gift orders will generally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
